The app’s signature tool is Metaphorical Associative Cards — illustrated decks created with psychologists and artists. You ask a question, pick a card, and describe what you see. Sofia asks questions back; the meaning comes from you, not from a card manual.
Readings and reflections go into a journal, so patterns become visible over weeks, not days.
